Safety—Everything we do we do safely. Our ability to get the work done is always secondary to our ability to do it safely.

Attitude—We promote positive attitudes all day, every day. We leave our bad attitudes “at the door” when we come in to work. We are known by our customers as a “Can do!” company.

Strong Work Ethic—We believe that giving 100% to everything that we do is a virtue and doing less is unfair to ourselves, the customer, our coworkers and the company.

Professionalism—We do everything to the highest standards. Our training, equipment, use of technology, appearance and customer service is second to none in our industry. We never get a second chance to make a first impression so we carry on in a professional manner in all we do.

Respect & Fairness—We believe in always treating others fairly and with respect. This creates a strong bond among all of us.

Profitability—Profitability is what keeps us in business. By providing value to our customers through our strong work ethic and positive attitude, and by paying attention to the costs we incur, we generate profits that will allow the Company to both reward our staff, and to reinvest in order to remain strong viable, well into the future.

Growth—Growth is not a value in and of itself. It is rather a measure of our performance and our ability to continuously improve and expand our services to our customers. We plan for growth in our business every year.

Community—Community exists on many levels; in our homes, our jobs, our neighborhoods and our cities. It is important to give back to each of these communities from which we draw so much. We believe in giving our corporate and personal time and resources to strengthening these communities.
